FHI is currently recruiting for a <strong>Senior Technical Advisor, Institutional Strengthening and Capacity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Senior Technical Advisor, Institutional Strengthening and Capacity will design, develop, and implement a Core Program Management Training Curricula and Strategy for FHI in a number of key technical areas including, but not limited to, program design, health systems strengthening, and monitoring and evaluation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\/He will provide technical assistance on institutional strengthening, organizational development, and capacity building for FHI Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>S\/He will also provide technical assistance and leadership on the transitions of programs and systems to local implementing partner, Achieving Health Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/BA in public health or related field, and 11-13 years relevant experience in HIV\/AIDS or family planning with international development programs. &amp; Overseas field experience required.<\/li>\n<li>or MS\/MA\/MPH in public health or related field, and 9 \u2013 11 years relevant experience in\u00a0 HIV\/AIDS or family planning with international development programs. &amp; Overseas field experience required.<\/li>\n<li>or PhD, MD or similar degree with 7 \u2013 9 years relevant experience in HIV\/AIDS or family planning with international development programs. &amp; Overseas field experience required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong> FHI has a competitive compensation package.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application: <\/strong>Interested candidates should register online through \u2013 FHI\u2019s global career center.
