{"id":25262,"date":"2015-05-05T15:35:39","date_gmt":"2015-05-05T14:35:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=25262"},"modified":"2015-05-05T15:35:39","modified_gmt":"2015-05-05T14:35:39","slug":"graduate-call-centre-consultants-ccc-in-a-leading-nigerian-bank","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/graduate-call-centre-consultants-ccc-in-a-leading-nigerian-bank.html","title":{"rendered":"Graduate Call Centre Consultants (CCC) in a Leading Nigerian Bank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Workforce Management Centre &#8211; Our client in the bank industry, requires the services of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Centre Consultant (CCC)<\/p>\n<p>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\nIndustry: Banking<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To work in a telephone call center or multimedia contact center, handling a variety of functions, including customer service, technical support, telesales and customer contact.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Handling incoming telephone calls and dealing with customers via text message, e-mail, web chat or instant messaging.<\/li>\n<li>Take customers&#8217; orders, provide a quotation, arrange a service call or resolve a technical query by telephone.<\/li>\n<li>Make courtesy calls to check customers&#8217; details or ask if they were satisfied with the service they received.
