{"id":25281,"date":"2015-05-26T01:03:33","date_gmt":"2015-05-26T00:03:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=25281"},"modified":"2016-11-24T16:37:46","modified_gmt":"2016-11-24T15:37:46","slug":"graduate-funds-transfer-processor-at-citibank-nigeria-limited","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/graduate-funds-transfer-processor-at-citibank-nigeria-limited.html","title":{"rendered":"Graduate Funds Transfer Processor at Citibank Nigeria Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Citibank Nigeria Limited<\/strong>, the leading global financial services company, provides consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services.<br \/>\nWe are recruiting to fill the vacant position of:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Funds Transfer Processor<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nRef No: 15042994<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\nJob Category: Operations<br \/>\nSchedule: Full-time<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\nPrimary Purpose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring timely processing of all OTC transactions in the queues daily.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all items on Orbiflow queues are justified to be there and that issues are raised and promptly followed up for resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Process Certificate of Capital Importation in line with CBN guideline and in-house procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Rendition of weekly uncollected and unissued CCI reports<\/li>\n<li>Rendition of daily and monthly CCI reports to CBN<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for proper printing and delivery of manager\u2019s checks to the customer service desk.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring liquidation of Paylink checks is carried out on Checks 32.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring movement out of unclaimed accounts are done with proper approvals<\/li>\n<li>Ensure established TATs are achieved and improved upon as well as quality of service delivery .<\/li>\n<li>Posting of sundry unclaimed items like:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>P and L<\/li>\n<li>Float Sharing<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring that all reports\/returns for the unit are prepared daily and timely.<\/li>\n<li>Promptly respond to enquiries by both customers and colleagues alike as part of high quality service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Active participation and timely delivery of quality reports in respect of :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Monthly Proofs<\/li>\n<li>MCA<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Volume statistics<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc Audit<\/li>\n<li>Active participation in any other project as may be assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that checks are delivered through the appropriate payment medium within the expected time frame.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that adequate control steps are observed whenever transactions are processed. so as to avoid customer dissatisfaction and financial losses.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input and support to Treasury &amp; Trade Solutions staff during new product testing.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that customer enquiries received through RM\/Citi Services are thoroughly investigated and responded to within reasonable time.<\/li>\n<li>Providing back-up Services to other desk in the unit as necessary for smooth flow of activities in the department.<\/li>\n<li>Collate all the relevant documents required for issuance of CCI. Print the CCI and obtain required signatories and dispatch to customers\/RMS\/Citi service under acknowledgement.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake all departmental trainings\/meeting (including nomination for external courses)to reinforce understanding of operational guidelines as well as general bank products knowledge development.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure service issues are non-existent or greatly reduced.<\/li>\n<li>Support optimum use of bank asset and work tools as well as time<\/li>\n<li>Ensure on a daily basis that all staled checks are reconciled on flexcube and moved to unclaimed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Relationships<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Internal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Services\/Citi Service &#8211; Daily resolution of customer enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Technology &#8211; provide required support for routine system maintenances, Systems and applications enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Documentation and Account Services &#8211; Issuing drafts for accounts to be closed<\/li>\n<li>Business groups- Obtaining approvals for transactions over relevant accounts.
