Haier Thermocool<\/strong> brand due to rapid growth and increasing market share has the following vacancies for result driven professionals in the following roles<\/p>\n Vacancies exist for: REGIONAL COMMERCIAL MANAGER\u00a0HPZ \u2013 Lagos<\/p>\n The Role: REGIONAL COMMERCIAL MANAGER The successful candidate will be required to:<\/p>\n * Develop sales plan and strategy for effective growth, increase turnover and penetration of product in the regional market. The Person: The right candidate must:<\/p>\n * Possess a university degree, in any discipline. \n* Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers (Key Accounts Management)
\n* Analyse the competitive environment to ascertain product performance against competition.
\n* Channel strategy development.
\n* Ensure effective Stock management to maximize sales.
\n* Ascertain prompt inter-depot stock transfer to meet urgent stock needs.
\n* Manage team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitor objectives and ensure development needs are identified and executed.
\n* Analyse sales figures\/data, interpret trends to facilitate planning and forecasting of future sales volumes.
\n* Manage Debt recovery.<\/p>\n
\n* Have MBA preferably in Marketing
\n* Membership of Nigeria Institute of Marketing.
\n* A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years experience gained from a FMCG environment.
\n* Have strong numeric\/data analysing skills.
\n* Possess good Analytical and People management skills.
\n* Be flexible and able to adapt to changing market and business conditions.
\n* Have well-developed commercial awareness and customer focus.
\n* Have a CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core values \u2013 COURAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY, NETWORKING, DRIVE and ONENESS
\n* Have good Microsoft office computer skills especially in Ms Word, Excel and Power point.<\/p>\n
