Christopher and Associates as a firm serves various small and medium sized companies, as well as large national enterprises, public institutions and successful, fast-growing companies and non- profit making organizations within and outside Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Management Trainee<\/p>\n<p>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Finance, Client Services, Sales, Operations, Healthcare Data Solutions and IT.<\/li>\n<li>Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.<\/li>\n<li>Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.<\/li>\n<li>Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree\/HND in any discipline or course of study<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of second class lower degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Must be resident in Lagos<\/li>\n<li>Little or no experience as successful applicants would be trained<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n19th July, 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their applications and CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@christopherassociates.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hr@christopherassociates.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Christopher and Associates &amp;
