{"id":25571,"date":"2015-07-30T07:30:12","date_gmt":"2015-07-30T06:30:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=25571"},"modified":"2016-11-10T11:31:18","modified_gmt":"2016-11-10T10:31:18","slug":"business-manager-at-adexen-recruitment-agency","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/business-manager-at-adexen-recruitment-agency.html","title":{"rendered":"Business Manager at Adexen Recruitment Agency"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Recruitment Agency &#8211; Our client is a leading marketer and distributor of top fashion brands in Nigeria and West Africa, is recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Business Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Job reference n\u00b0: 940<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria<br \/>\nFunction: Commercial &amp; Communication<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure store\/outlet is open for business as scheduled<\/li>\n<li>Ensure store appearance and presentation is maintained in line with the company\u2019s operational policy and procedure<\/li>\n<li>Develop and enrich the customer\u2019s experience<\/li>\n<li>Recommend sales strategy in line with local customer behavior and\/or trends in order to ensure that all set sales targets are met<\/li>\n<li>Monitor delivered merchandise, ensure stock taken is accurate and maintain reorder level<\/li>\n<li>Manage and record daily sales figures<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and send scheduled reports<\/li>\n<li>Keep accurate records of store goods, sales figures, requests, discounts and markdowns<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain customer database<\/li>\n<li>Keep customers abreast of store products, discounts etc and manage orders<\/li>\n<li>Manage store expenses, avoid waste of company resources, be alert for securities breaches like customer theft Ensure adherence to the company\u2019s security policies and procedure<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the effective, efficient and prompt delivery of service to internal &amp; external customers<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage own team to ensure store\/outlet sales targets are met<\/li>\n<li>Support external consultants\/vendors on all store\/outlet exercises e.g. stock takes, appraisals<\/li>\n<li>Identify brand-building areas and develop execution strategy<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, outlets and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company<\/li>\n<li>Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand<\/li>\n<li>Travel from time to time to other stores<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, coordinate and execute the online acquisition strategy<\/li>\n<li>Drive customer acquisition, retention and ROI across all key marketing channels and manage related budgets<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis; understand and report on all website \/ marketing effectiveness and customer behaviour; provide actionable insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>A passion for premium brands<\/li>\n<li>Good team player<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic, Adaptable and flexible<\/li>\n<li>Willing to take on additional responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with Information Technology<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Word &amp; Excel.
