THE POSITION<\/strong>
\nThe position supports the unit in various essential tasks such as practice development and office administration.
\nTo achieve the objectives of this position<\/span>, a strong analytical<\/span> ability, thoroughness and use of initiative<\/span> will be required of the person.
\nIn addition, the position requires significant tact, understanding and flexibility.
\nWorking relationship is primarily with all PwC staff in the firm and external client<\/p>\n

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\nManage the staff members continuous education.
\nMeasurement<\/span> of training effectiveness.
\nManage new staff members On-boarding.
\nLearning Management System Administration<\/span>.
\nAdministration staff professional<\/span> membership subscription.
\nAdministration staff professional bodies membership and examination issues.<\/p>\n

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS<\/strong>
\nGood first Degree with preference for People Development and Human Capital
\nPlanning and organizational skills<\/span>.
\nAbility to manage multiple projects.
\nVerbal and written communication skills.
\nStrong numerical management skills.
\nSound computer skills<\/span> including the use of word processing packages<\/span> and the ability to use software to best effect.<\/p>\n
