This complements our drive to building sustainable high performance organizations.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Implementation and Service Delivery Officer<\/p>\n<p>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementations of small to large scale clients.<\/li>\n<li>The job entails excellent communication and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring delivery according to project timelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Presentation Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On-line meetings and conference calls to orientate a new client, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for providing Engagement Managers and\/or clients with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memo\u2019s,etc<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication..<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple clients and projects\/tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to command a group of individuals in a room quickly and be assertive in a public environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (development, sales, marketing, operations and within the Professional Services Group).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually.<\/li>\n<li>Strong focus on team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting is another required skill; responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or business operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND ,Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio) experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must.<\/li>\n<li>IT skills preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Social media marketing and Google analytic skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced PHP user<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years experience in IT skils<\/li>\n<li>Creative and Entrepreneurial Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><br \/>\nThe position comes with competitive remuneration, excellent working environment and top career opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n5th September, 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tdi-global.com\/JobApply.aspx?jobid=105\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TDI Global is a multinational performance management company that helps position public and private organizations to achieve sustainable high performance.
