Job Description<\/strong>: Head, Technology is accountable for directing the information and data integrity of the group and for all Information Technology functions of the enterprise.\u00a0 This includes the data centre, database management, help desks, communication networks (voice and data), computer program development, and computer systems operations.<\/p>\n This role ensures that all Line of Business (LOB) and supporting applications runs smoothly.<\/p>\n He\/She interacts with the executive management team to provide strategic direction for the IT department.<\/p>\n This position is responsible for providing overall leadership for the IT organization, including the day to day administration of the IT department.<\/p>\n Job Requirements<\/strong>: B.Sc. computer science, engineering, maths or related subjects or equivalent, minimum of 2.2, with at least 5 years\u2019 experience that cut across at least two functional areas of IT department such as infrastructure and applications management\/support.<\/p>\n Knowledge of following technologies is essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n iii. \u00a0Deep knowledge of any of the following RDBMS \u2013 Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL<\/p>\n vii. Hands-on knowledge of .Net and Java or PHP<\/p>\n viii.
