We are a dedicated team of professional consultants offering top of the line executive recruitment and selection services.<\/p>\n<p>One of our employers in the ISP industry is seeking to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Engineer &#8211; Onsite Technical Support<\/p>\n<p>Location:<\/strong> Port Harcourt<br \/>\nReporting to: Direct &#8211; Supervisor Technical Support Group; Functional &#8211; Territory Sales Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage incidents; respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone &amp; email<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for supporting post-sales customer activity remotely and onsite<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for carrying out detailed site survey &amp; maintain proper documentation<\/li>\n<li>Perform installation and implementation and network integration at customers\u2019 site<\/li>\n<li>Promptly investigate, resolve &amp; report any incidents, errors, events or deviations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure installations, maintenance &amp; troubleshooting is carried out within agreed OLA<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for resolving concerns on signal strength, signal to noise radio and similar parameters in accordance with the company\u2019s approved standard<\/li>\n<li>Share insight and appropriate action against bandwidth consumption, virus infection and security threats<\/li>\n<li>Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily activity reports<\/li>\n<li>Inform management of recurring problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Wi-Fi, WiMAx, LTE, TCP\/IP, WLAN, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, Devics\/Network Level Troubleshooting, Computers (OS &amp; Application level), Analytical, Internet &amp; Tech savvy, Customer focused, Team Player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/Bachelors\u2019 degree in Electrical\/Electronics\/Computer\/Communications\/InfoTech and MUST have completed NYSC<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested candidates should forward their CV&#8217;s in PDF\/MS Word formats indicating the position they are applying for as the subject to: <a href=\"mailto:efe.opia@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>efe.opia@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited acts as a gateway to provide a wide range of recruitment and selection services to companies.
