As a Customer Service\/ Inside Sales Executive, you will build rapport with customers, identify their needs, offer appropriate solutions, overcome objections, close sales and generate referrals. You will practice listening and communication skills as you absorb valuable sales and business acumen that will make you an asset.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n
Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, the desire to learn new skills and a positive attitude. Must also be persistent, resilient and not easily discouraged, as you may hear many \u201cno\u2019s” on your way to closing sales.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, and someone who is very eager to contribute to a team.<\/p>\n
Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for the sales call, managing the customer meeting, handling customer resistance, closing the sale and account maintenance<\/p>\n
Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment<\/p>\n
Interacts with other departments, clients and prospective clients.<\/p>\n
Maintains documentation and records of customer inquiries, complaints and services implemented.<\/p>\n
Excellent oral communications skills, able to speak in a clear manner<\/p>\n
Comfortable with speaking on the phone<\/p>\n
Complete any required data entry, call logging and or reporting<\/p>\n
Working knowledge in a MS Windows environment, Email, Online\/Electronic Forms, Websites<\/p>\n
Must have a pleasant phone personality<\/p>\n
Ability to sit for extended periods<\/p>\n
