a world where people will effortlessly stay in touch with family and friends; a world where businesses of all sizes can reach new markets without the limitations of distance and travel.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Engineer, Performance<\/p>\n<p>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and report the network Performance of all Nodes in EMTS network i.e. Radio, Core, VAS, IP, Roaming, International POI<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and report service assurance test reports on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all stakeholders to resolve issues from service assurance tests.<\/li>\n<li>Review formulas for 2G, 3G, 4G on the network and update on the tools where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Manage all IP performance monitoring and reporting including Google Cache and CACTI<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for implementing dashboards and automating all reports on the Pentaho and other monitoring tools<\/li>\n<li>Support Drive Test Engineers on the field based on their testing requirement<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and ensure quality of service reports are properly documented for management use and decision making purposes<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and apply standards created\/maintained by external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management systems<\/li>\n<li>Prepare periodic reports and submit NCC, Etisalat Group, Executive Management and external party related performance requests<\/li>\n<li>Generate and circulate daily, weekly ,monthly, quarterly and yearly network reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that KPI values in HP Pentaho is consistent with the Vendor Performance tools<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all monthly performance reports are submitted on time with accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit ad hoc reports on performance within the stipulated time frame<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks as assigned by Head Network Performance and Service Assurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Engineering or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) to five (5) years\u2019 work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Network Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Telecommunications &amp;
