Salary 65,000-75,000 naira (depends on experience)<\/p>\n
We are looking for a talented and competitive Female Sales Representative\/Business development (inside position) that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects and closing sales<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails<\/li>\n
Understand customer needs and requirements<\/li>\n
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure<\/li>\n
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas<\/li>\n
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest<\/li>\n
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory<\/li>\n
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and clos<\/li>\n
Consistently accepts responsibility and meet deadlines, ability to achieve results when confronted \u00a0with obstacles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Proven inside sales experience<\/li>\n
Ability to handle rejection (thick skin)<\/li>\n

Possess poise and confidence and the ability to think quickly<\/li>\n

First Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience, able to demonstrate sales awareness<\/li>\n
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills<\/li>\n
Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements.<\/li>\n
Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n
Ability to work in a fast paced environment<\/li>\n
Ability to manage multiple tasks with little supervision<\/li>\n
