We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Trainee<\/p>\n<p>Location:<\/strong> Rivers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Sales Traineeship Program stretches over a period of 12 months in which selected graduates will be rotated in various job functions.<\/li>\n<li>The assignments are about real responsibility and real results, while creating an environment where they develop through practical learning and coaching from senior managers<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the program, the trainee will be able to, among others:\n<ul>\n<li>Assess territory and plan for execution<\/li>\n<li>Acquire sales core knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Execute in trade by ensuring brand visibility, availability and pricing<\/li>\n<li>Leverage sales opportunity and monitor competitor activities<\/li>\n<li>Manage budget process and control departmental costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must possess a university degree obtained at a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division) in Management Sciences, Social Sciences or any other business-related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution<\/li>\n<li>Have obtained either their NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 2 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Not older than 25 years as at December 31, 2016<\/li>\n<li>Resident in Rivers State or environs<\/li>\n<li>MBA, MA or M.Sc will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English and local language (s)<\/li>\n<li>Mobility to work in other areas in Nigeria when required<\/li>\n<li>Both Male and Female can apply<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving (analytical)<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial awareness<\/li>\n<li>Resilience and proactivity<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to flourish in a competitive environment<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Suite capacity<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizing<\/li>\n<li>Achievement, entrepreneurship, team spirit and ownership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nMarket Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application closing date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sabmiller.mcidirecthire.com\/External\/OpportunityDetails.aspx?ref=175&amp;Media=#.VubzFeZfV3Q\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SABMiller is in the beer and soft drinks business, bringing refreshment and sociability to millions of people all over the world who enjoy our drinks.
