We are seeking innovative and solution driven professional for the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head &#8211; Finance and Admin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Job Ref: NTFA01<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\nReporting to: The Managing Director\/CEO<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the finance and accounting operations of the company which include investment, taxation, zakat, cash-flow and capital management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formulate, direct and coordinate the Finance and Admin Division in line with the company\u2019s strategic direction and corporate objectives<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, execute and monitor financial, investment and capital management policies, process workflow and Standard Operating Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, execute and monitor flow of cash, financial instruments, custody and control ot assets, records and securities for safe keeping policies, process workflow and Standard Operating Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, execute and monitor the General Administration and Human Resource policies, process workflow and Standard Operating Procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification<\/strong><br \/>\nEducational Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in any subject.<\/li>\n<li>MBA or Masters degree in a related subject is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ACII is mandatory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 12 years experience of which 5 years must have been spent in the insurance industry<\/li>\n<li>In addition, candidates must have spent at least 3 years in a Senior Management position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n12th May, 2016.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMethod of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to:<a href=\"mailto:careers@noortakaful.ng\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>careers@noortakaful.ng<\/strong><\/a> with job reference as the email subject.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Applications sent without job reference will not be processed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Noor Takaful Plc, the first full fledged licensed Takaful Insurance Operator in Nigeria, is currently recruiting to fill key management and executive position.
