Today, Worley Parsons recruits Marian Administrator<\/strong> for their Nigerian operations to be based in Lagos Nigeria<\/p>\n

\"\"Main Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for developing and maintaining training record for the organisation. Establish and provide BOM and Requisition training to all employees.<\/p>\n

Plan, prepare and conduct training needs analysis within the organisation and develop and implement programs for the training identified.<\/p>\n

Conduct in-house training courses as deemed necessary. Co-ordinate and liaise with Houston training support team so as to ensure that the best possible training is offered to staff.<\/p>\n

Provide input services on an as needed basis (for engineering deliverables, requisitions, milestone tracking, etc) in SPM<\/p>\n

Imports data from Bill of Materials (BOM) module in SPM, and converts into\u00a0 requisition(s) in the requisition module in SPM<\/p>\n

Uploads Bills of Materials (BOM) into SPM.<\/p>\n

Provide overall technical support to SPM users in DA<\/p>\n

Creates Purchase Orders (\u2018POs\u2019), Subcontract Orders & Change Orders (COs) on as needed basis for Subcontracts and Procurement units.\u00a0
\n\u00a0\u00a0
\nRequirements<\/strong>
\nJob Specific Knowledge:
\n<\/strong><\/em>Advanced proficiency with Smart Plant Materials or other applicable software applications in related field.\u00a0 Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.\u00a0 Accuracy and attention to detail critical.\u00a0 Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is critical.
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English are critical.\u00a0 Usually able to explain why things are done they way they are within a broader organizational context.\u00a0 Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed. Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to maintain confidential information is critical.<\/p>\n

Industry Specific Experience:<\/strong><\/em>
\nAdvanced proficiency with Smart Plant Materials or other applicable software applications in related field.\u00a0 Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.\u00a0 Accuracy and attention to detail critical.\u00a0 Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is critical.

\nEducation \u2013 Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:<\/strong>
\nBA\/BS in related field or applicable discipline preferred, or equivalent years experience.\u00a0 Thorough knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted office procedures.\u00a0 Generally 3-5 years of experience.
\n\u00a0
\nHSE Capability:<\/strong>
\nGeneral attributes required of all DeltaAfrik employees include: Zero Harm, Action Orientation, Demonstrates awareness of health, safety & environment issues; takes action to ensure zero harm to all employees, customers, contractors and the environment.

\nIT Skills:<\/strong>
\nProficient in the use of computers and commonly-used business software, especially data base tools which track, monitor and report movement of items. Knowledge of use of Smart Plant Materials (SPM) will be an advantage<\/p>\n
