Through our people, leadership development, services, technology and scale, GE delivers better outcomes for global customers by speaking the language of industry.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Leader, Control Solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Job Number: 2601225<br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Port Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\nPostal Code: 500001<br \/>\nBusiness: GE Oil &amp; Gas<br \/>\nBusiness Segment: OG-DS Digital Solutions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary\/Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Sales Manager leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business or is a recognized expert in a specialized field.<\/li>\n<li>In this role you will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for in the leadership of the team for the customer in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication<\/li>\n<li>Interface with the marketing organization to drive high value solutions leveraging the GE portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Serve as an intermediary for solutions detailed understanding of customer\u2019s business model and how GE\u2019s products and services develop and deliver added value to the customer<\/li>\n<li>Build customer relationships and communication at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Matrix with existing functional and P&amp;L teams to achieve growth objectives<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in community events with the customer<\/li>\n<li>Utilize six sigma tools and methodologies to drive improvements in key processes for the customer<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the effective and profitable conduct of the sales and service function of assigned territory<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for growth of new accounts as well as focus on maintaining existing accounts<\/li>\n<li>Work with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs<\/li>\n<li>Define entitlement and identify areas to penetrate and grow profitability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree.
