The organization further prides itself with its rich culture of Respect, Compassion, Pride and Expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Total Health Trust Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong>Sales Executive<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful candidate would be responsible for assisting the zone head in the development of the market base (network) and meet sales target set within the specified zone<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that service levels to clients and brokers are up to standard and enquiries resolved within the agreed timeframe<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that all client meetings are scheduled to enable business development within the zone and that presentations delivered are correct, up to date and professional<\/li>\n<li>To deliver general administration assistance to the zone Heads<\/li>\n<li>To adhere to and live the organization values.<\/li>\n<li>To gather market information and ensure that zonal strategies are implemented<\/li>\n<li>Pre and post deal engagement with brokers within the zone to ensure that the zone sales targets are met<\/li>\n<li>To distribute technical marketing material to the relevant clients within each zone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Social Science or Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>A second degree in Business Management or Marketing will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have good knowledge of NHIS regulatory guidelines, business ethics and standards, product, processes and procedures, health insurance and Nigerian corporate market.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication (verbal and written) skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Marketing skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or marketing in financial or health insurance industry<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have at least 2 years post qualification experience in a similar role in an HMO.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of English language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good organizational and planning capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and quick thinking capabilities<\/li>\n<li>High level of stress tolerance<\/li>\n<li>Networking<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Persuading and influencing<\/li>\n<li>Conflict Management and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Must be a good collaborator\/Team player<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability<\/li>\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Analytical<\/li>\n<li>Decision Making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply <\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Total Health Trust Limited\u00a0is the leading and largest health maintenance organization (\u201cHMO\u201d) in Nigeria with over 270,000 members and over 270 private corporations representing some of the country\u2019s top local&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10155,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[32,46],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
