So now we want to employ YOU if you have what it takes to make history with us in the Nigerian fashion industry.<\/p>\n<p>STL limited offer excellent salary and benefits packages including company bonuses and a strong career path.<\/p>\n<p>Vacant Positions include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Position:\u00a0Head of Marketing and Partnerships.<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Job Description:<\/b><br \/>\nThis position needs a professional that will focus on publicizing the brand, creating campaigns, increasing awareness, monitoring brand quality and bringing in lucrative and strategic partnership deals with other fashion and concession stores. This position may require that you travel extensively to close business deals and acquire new partners.<br \/>\nThe core focus of anyone employed in this position is to work alongside other marketers and partnership brokers in the company to develop supply chains (partnership with boutiques and fashion stores) for STL where the company will distribute its products to quarterly.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key accountabilities of Head of Marketing and Partnerships are:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify strategic partnership stores.<\/li>\n<li>Find out information about the company\u2019s target customers.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the demand for the products offered by the brand and its competitors.<\/li>\n<li>Travel extensively to pitch in company\u2019s business ideas to customers and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Creation and Publication of marketing materials in line with the marketing plans.<\/li>\n<li>Study market conditions, monitor trends, forecast trends and make recommendations for effective marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Create new and maintain already existing partnerships between our fashion company and boutiques\/retail outlets that carry our products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>NOTE:<\/b> this position is 100% performance and target driven.<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor Degree<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years work experience in fashion industry.<\/li>\n<li>Must be well connected in the fashion, beauty and entertainment industry.<\/li>\n<li>Must be available and ready to work full time.<\/li>\n<li>Have a detailed knowledge of fashion products and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to build contacts and connections.<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be enthusiastic and ability to motivate others.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess people skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Position:\u00a0Marketing and Partnership Brokers.<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Job Description:\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nThe marketing and partnership brokers are going to work together with the Head of Marketing and Partnership in carrying out the company\u2019s marketing and partnership plans. The Brokers will be required to approach select stores to close lucrative partnership deals. They will also be tasked with bringing in high-end clienteles.<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have experience in fashion marketing and merchandising<\/li>\n<li>A strong network of contacts in the Nigerian fashion industry.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate high ability to build contacts and connections.<\/li>\n<li>Be enthusiastic and possess people skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>NOTE:<\/b> this position is 100% performance and target driven.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<\/b><strong>Job Position: Designers and Illustrators.<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Job Location: <\/b>Lagos.<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description:\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nWe are also looking for Fashion Designers and Illustrators who will work with us on contract basis for our fall 2016 and upcoming 2017 collections.<br \/>\nThis position will require you to combine a background in art and fashion, to create illustrations of clothes for different purposes, which are in line with the brand\u2019s image.
