Since its founding in 1977, Creative has earned a solid reputation among its clients and is well-regarded by competitors and partners alike.<\/p>\n<p>Creative Associates International is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Logistics and Procurement Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Location: Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Logistics\/Procurement Officer will be responsible for assisting with day-to day management of NEI + operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides oversight of Vehicle logs, vehicle maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Identify Vehicle needs and reviews driver time sheet<\/li>\n<li>Customs Clearance for NEI + properties<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of price comparison sheets<\/li>\n<li>Procurement, logistic, Events Management and Transportation as per the NEI + policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Any other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates transportation and delivery of Procurement and inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting and updating inventory database of the office on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Soliciting bids and quotes from potential vendor and ensure they are accord with NEI+ procurement protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Any logistical task required for good project operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years experience responding to Procurement\/Logistics requests related to supplies, materials for project related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Must be extremely reliable, trustworthy and a good team worker.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible in working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their comprehensive Resume with a brief Cover letter as one MS Word document or PDF to: <strong>recruiting@crea-neiplus.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are no relocation allowances available for these position.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to be considered for a post, please specify the position for which you are applying in the subject line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0 <\/strong>Wednesday, 25th May, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Creative Associates International is a dynamic, fast-growing global development firm that specializes in education, economic growth, democratic institutions and stabilization.
