A restaurant group dedicated to bringing the best F&amp;B brands and concepts to Africa, Eat&#8217;n&#8217;Go feeds your needs.<\/p>\n<p>It has entered the market as the exclusive master franchisee for two great international franchises: Domino\u2019s Pizza, a $6 billion fast food giant and Cold Stone Creamery, a $1.5 billion rising star.<\/p>\n<p>Eat&#8217;n&#8217;Go is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b> <strong>Business Development Officer<\/strong><b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Lagos<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Descriptions<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spearhead property management operations in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Identify new trade zone and Market<\/li>\n<li>Conduct location analysis: demographic surveys, traffic count, market surveys and socio-economic activities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site selection, property inspection, site recommendation and acquisition<\/li>\n<li>Conduct customer origin survey to determine and identify new trade area.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee lease administration such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Rent<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and payment<\/li>\n<li>Lease renewal<\/li>\n<li>Review and negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Remittance of withholding<\/li>\n<li>Value added taxes and service charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Oversee Business license and operation permit and renewal:\n<ul>\n<li>RTV<\/li>\n<li>Car park<\/li>\n<li>Signage<\/li>\n<li>Environmental development charge<\/li>\n<li>Land use charge<\/li>\n<li>Tenement rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Participate in lease agreement review, perusal<\/li>\n<li>Assist account in preparing property management budget and forecast<\/li>\n<li>Ensure statutory compliance<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company in conflict resolution and negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Property search<\/li>\n<li>Provide Support service restaurants to ensure a hitch-free operation and zero downtime<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate property file system to enhance property Management efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Manage and prepare property bible and schedule of lease<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The Person<\/b><br \/>\nExperience \/ Education Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Estate Management and Economics<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years&#8217; experience in the field; preferably QSR (Quick service restaurant)<\/li>\n<li>High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s and applications to: <b>hr@eatngo-africa.com<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><b>Application Deadline<\/b> 10th June, 2016.<b> <\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eat&#8217;n&#8217;Go brings great taste to Africa.
