S\/he also ensures efficient restaurant operation; maintains high productivity of both human and products quality, and customer-service standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of the counters\/supply &amp;
