\/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The incumbent will work in close relationship with the construction<\/li>\n<li>engineer, the Chief Operating Officer and the CFO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Planning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forward planning of infrastructure required for the industrial village;<\/li>\n<li>Planning and developing layout of schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bid Process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure a transparent bid process as managed by consultants and architects;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze bids in conjunction with consultants and architects and put recommendations to Management;<\/li>\n<li>Selecting and negotiating with construction related contractors for work issued to them without making use of consultants and architects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Construction:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all construction, building and other activities related to establishment of infrastructure on site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Safety and Security:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all work performed is in line with laid down policies, procedures and standards;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all HSE legislation is adhered to;<\/li>\n<li>Reporting of all incidents and accidents in line with procedures;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Human Resources and Training:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Control of own human resources including time management;<\/li>\n<li>Application of company policies and procedures and legislation in respect of the treatment and management of own staff;<\/li>\n<li>Training programmes, motivation and development of own
