{"id":27361,"date":"2016-05-27T13:42:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-27T12:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=27361"},"modified":"2016-05-27T13:42:00","modified_gmt":"2016-05-27T12:42:00","slug":"personal-assistant-position-at-an-oil-and-gas-services-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/personal-assistant-position-at-an-oil-and-gas-services-company.html","title":{"rendered":"Personal Assistant Position at an Oil and Gas Services Company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cradter Nigeria Limited is an Oil and Gas Services, Support and engineering Company dedicated to providing comprehensive Services to all sectors of the Oil and Gas industry.<br \/>\nWe are seeking to recruit qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong>Personal Assistant to the CEO<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To Provide a full range of confidential personal assistance to the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the execution of secretarial duties, management and organization of CEO\u2019s office.<\/li>\n<li>Make travel arrangements for related local and overseas trip.<\/li>\n<li>Convey, coordinate, supervise, pursue and follow up on the instructions by the CEO to the respective management staff.<\/li>\n<li>To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Liaisons with bankers, lawyers and government offices.<\/li>\n<li>Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and company clients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange meetings\/conferences; prepare presentations and other related tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/HND in Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and Adaptability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Secretarial and Organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate as well as proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-3years of clerical, secretarial and any other relevant work experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Membership of Professional Organization will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to: <strong>maris@cradter.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0 <\/strong>26th June, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cradter Nigeria Limited is an Oil and Gas Services, Support and engineering Company dedicated to providing comprehensive Services to all sectors of the Oil and Gas industry.
