{"id":2740,"date":"2010-01-21T10:55:21","date_gmt":"2010-01-21T09:55:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=2740"},"modified":"2010-10-21T11:31:07","modified_gmt":"2010-10-21T10:31:07","slug":"adexen-nigeria-marketing-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/adexen-nigeria-marketing-director.html","title":{"rendered":"Adexen Nigeria Job: Marketing Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-318\" title=\"adexen\" src=\"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/adexen.png\" alt=\"adexen\" width=\"125\" height=\"104\" \/>Our Client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Hair extension\/attachment products\u00a0with key interests in the Nigerian market with other West African and European countries.<\/p>\n<p>The company is looking for a <strong>Marketing Director<\/strong> to support its development.<\/p>\n<h2>Job description<\/h2>\n<p>The Marketing Director will be responsible to define and develop the company marketing strategy and to supervise its operational implementation in the West African Market.<\/p>\n<p>The position is based in Lagos.<\/p>\n<h2>Job Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, measure and report on competitor\u2019s strategy &amp; product portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of Marketing development<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other functional\/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of Marketing development, and to ensure they are fully informed of Marketing\u00a0objectives, purposes and achievements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Job experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 15 years of Marketing &amp; Sales experience within FMCG-Healthcare industry in Africa<\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise with consumable industry in Africa<\/li>\n<li>Smart, sharp, aggressive with pleasing personality &amp; quick decision making ability, with proven track records on the market<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle several projects concurrently<\/li>\n<li>Good negotiating skills with corporate clients<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic, result-oriented and able to deliver and achieve sales target<\/li>\n<li>Should have team management experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.adexen.com\/offer_NGA0288_marketing-director.html\">Click here to Apply online:<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Hair extension\/attachment products\u00a0with key interests in the Nigerian market with other West African and European countries.
