This is also made our organization one of the most &#8220;searched for &#8221; in the digital world.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b>\u00a0 Chief Finance Officer<br \/>\n<b>Job description<\/b>We are looking to hire a seasoned finance professional to lead the finance function for a major player in the consumer goods segment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You would play a major role in supporting the CEO in the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through the development and execution of business strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Managing a highly diverse team of finance professionals you would develop and monitor the capital expenditure, prepare the financial budgets for presenting to the leadership team.<\/li>\n<li>Deep dive into the financial planning, analysis,\u00a0due dilligence for any major projects, acquisitions, launches, capacity enhancement etc.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the food manufacturing industry is mandatory as you need to hit the ground running.<\/li>\n<li>Improve and monitor the Internal Audit policies and procedures of the group on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with banks on pricing and tenure for working capital financing.<\/li>\n<li>Develop annual financial budgets<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience within fmcg industry is mandatory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should\u00a0apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MindField Resources &#8211;
