He will be reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Team L<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-119\" title=\"mtn\" src=\"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/mtn.jpg\" alt=\"mtn\" width=\"82\" height=\"82\" \/>ead<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<li>Effectively execute stated policies and procedures in respect of quality and performance management.<\/li>\n<li>Routinely monitor transactions performed by process owners to identify non-compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the application of practical performance boosters<\/li>\n<li>Participate in day-to-day performance and quality monitoring exercise<\/li>\n<li>Assist in facilitating performance review processes ensuring objectivity, precision and promptness<\/li>\n<li>Proactively assist in identifying environmental constraints to quality delivery<\/li>\n<li>Analyse, summarize and review data; report findings, interpret results and make recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Generate relevant reports<\/li>\n<li>Perform other task as required by line manager<\/li>\n<li>Actively assist line managers in the development of team and individual quality and performance standards<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate target setting and performance contract development for all employees<\/li>\n<li>Assist in monitoring and benchmarking performance across and within teams, effectively isolating good and under performers.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in the administration of customer satisfaction surveys and employee satisfaction survey<\/li>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 years\u00a0general work experience \u2013 preferably within client environment<\/p>\n<p>2 years\u00a0general work experience \u2013 preferably within client environment<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong> First degree<\/p>\n<p>This vacancy expires on <strong>22 of September 2009<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click here to apply directly to MTN<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MTN Nigeria is part of the MTN Group, Africa\u2019s leading cellular telecommunications company. it currently recruits a\u00a0Quality Assurance officer (Process) to be based in Lagos Nigeria.
