We operate a structured yet fun and easy-going work environment and also a management trainee and in-house entrepreneurial mentorship program.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Search Engine Optimization \/ Social Media Marketing Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The SEO\/SMO Executive is responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO &amp; SMO strategies for Supermart.<\/li>\n<li>This is a role that is interacting with clients as well as working closely with the company team to make sure that the goals of the client are achieved<\/li>\n<li>The correct person will be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Management Areas of Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate on strategy and goal definition for success<\/li>\n<li>Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development<\/li>\n<li>Contribution to the company blog and at least one social media community<\/li>\n<li>Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy<\/li>\n<li>Communication to internal stakeholders, team, and management on strategy\/project development, timelines, and results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Functional Areas of Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform keyword research in coordination with Supermartbusiness objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages<\/li>\n<li>Develop, manage and execute communication\/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals<\/li>\n<li>Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings<\/li>\n<li>Research and administer social media tools in support of clients\u2019 social media strategy<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies<\/li>\n<li>Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations and execute\/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals \u2013 general and keyword specific<\/li>\n<li>Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement link building campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for SEO and overall internet marketing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points<\/li>\n<li>High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven SEO experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with A\/B and multivariate experiments<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints<\/li>\n<li>High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM<\/li>\n<li>BS\/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field<\/li>\n<li>Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their applications and CV&#8217;s to: <strong>hr@supermart.ng<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0 <\/strong>17th June, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Supermart.ng, Nigeria&#8217;s leading online supermarket.
