We power XtraTime for MTN in Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, Zambia, Uganda and Afghanistan.\u00a0We perform millions of transactions daily, enabling subscribers to communicate always and Mobile Operators to increase their airtime revenues.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b> Senior Key Account Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<br \/>\n<\/strong>For the Telecom VAS companies we are looking for a talented and passionate professional to develop an outstanding relationship with a leading mobile operator, a strategically important large customer.<\/p>\n<p>Nairtime has deployed its Airtime Credit Services at a leading mobile operator and the Key Account Manager is expected to lead commercial aspects of project integration, optimize the service performance and up-sell new system releases, while ensuring that the customer\u2019s needs are met by the company.<\/p>\n<p>The Key Account Manager represents the entire range of Telecom VAS products and is responsible for cross-selling the ChannelVAS portfolio into the same account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish productive and professional long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including service, technical support, finance, marketing and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer\u2019s expectations<\/li>\n<li>Optimize service performance from a financial point of view<\/li>\n<li>Assess, clarify and validate customer needs, including roadmaps and tenders, on an on-going basis<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the market and competitor activities<\/li>\n<li>Regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, threats, project progress etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets<\/li>\n<li>Drive solutions-orientated efforts that address the customer situation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities and Performance Measures<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve assigned service performance targets from SLA and financial perspectives<\/li>\n<li>Achieve sales targets for new business (cross-selling opportunities)<\/li>\n<li>On-time payment collection<\/li>\n<li>Complete strategic account plans<\/li>\n<li>Active member of integration project team and ensure on-time service launches<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings<\/li>\n<li>Arrange meetings between CXO level account personnel and the company\u2019s management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 Years of verifiable experience in Large Account Management<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales track record of Telecom and\/or VAS services\/solutions<\/li>\n<li>Sound understanding of the culture, politics and (regulatory) policies in Nigeria and a good insight into the telecom industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Telecom Systems<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<li>Experience with financial statements and reconciliation processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills<\/li>\n<li>Modern, consultative sales techniques and results orientated<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and ability to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to converse with stakeholders of all levels, from C-level to business operations<\/li>\n<li>Effective influencing, persuasive and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly analytical, converting trends into actions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active attitude<\/li>\n<li>Multi-tasking and coordination<\/li>\n<li>Bi-lingual; English and local languages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Attractive salary package and benefits<\/p>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should\u00a0apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nairtime is the largest provider of Airtime Credit Services in the African and Middle East region.
