Preferably telecommunications, Banking or FMCG.<\/li>\n<li>First degree or its equivalent in any discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Added Advantage:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to use Amadeus GDS application proficiently<\/li>\n<li>Possession of 1-2 years working experience in an IATA recognized travel agency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title: Regional Sales Lead<br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Nationwide<b><br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership, direction and development to all aspects of the Sales function in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the regional sales and distribution framework, strategy, processes, policies and standards in the region.<\/li>\n<li>To strategically engage in active selling of products and close sales opportunities within assigned territories<\/li>\n<li>To map market opportunities within assigned territories, craft plan and execute<\/li>\n<li>To maintain healthy professional relationship with customers and grow transaction profiles<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate sales effort with sales management<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the development and implementation of regional sales plans which are embedded in the regions distribution and sales roadmap.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the sales organization in the region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competence Requirement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of sales strategies<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years working experience in telecommunications, banking FMCG<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in any discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Title: <\/b><b>Head of Quality Assurance<br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Nationwide<b><br \/>\nJob Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head of Quality Assurance will accountable for building the Quality Assurance function.<\/li>\n<li>This team will be responsible for managing all aspects Quality Assurance.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance will be accountable for all aspects of service quality.<\/li>\n<li>The Head of Quality will build the needed systems, recruit, train and retain Quality Assurance professionals and interact cross- functionally across the organization and with senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Description <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for building the Quality Assurance function<\/li>\n<li>Recruits and develops Quality Assurance Managers and Associates<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains document management systems<\/li>\n<li>Performs vendor qualification and auditing<\/li>\n<li>Reviews and approves Quality Assurance data<\/li>\n<li>Develops systems for deviations, change control, and for tracking and reporting quality metrics<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for product release and excellent service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to identify strategic and operational risks to the quality of products and creates appropriate mitigation and contingency plans<\/li>\n<li>Supports the development and implementation of effective quality systems and procedures across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Telephone calls, e-mails and chats from the Call Centre to ensure continuous improvement of service quality<\/li>\n<li>Give feedback to Customer Care Representatives on calls, email and chat quality<\/li>\n<li>Produce a daily\/ weekly Quality assessment report<\/li>\n<li>Capture performance management indices from Call Centre and other staff of the company<\/li>\n<li>Identify outliers (those whose performance are far below the standard) and recommend them for training<\/li>\n<li>Organise Mystery shopping and capture reports<\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs based on result of continuous quality monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Keep a library of Good, average and poor calls!
