Sterling Assets is a customer centric financial service firm and our goal is to exceed clients expectation whilst adding value to our employees who helps in achieving this objective.<\/p>\n<p>Sterling Asset Management &amp; Trustees Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Leasing Marketing Executive<br \/>\nJob Field:<\/strong> Sales &amp; Marketing<br \/>\nLocations: Lagos<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attracts new client for the firm through marketing of all the company\u2019s products via operating lease services, car and equipment rental services, fleet management etc<\/li>\n<li>Market lease services ranging short and long term contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clientele relationship management and confidentiality is maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Repetitively work towards increasing clientele base and product\u2019s volume of portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an excellent relationship with clients and ability to manage difficult clients.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with operations department on business transactions of new and existing clients<\/li>\n<li>Perform operation duties like driver management to further help improve efficiency and retain clients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and other leasing agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of new customers\/clients acquired on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Number of target met (Financial)<\/li>\n<li>Visible increase\/impact on client\u2019s business.<\/li>\n<li>Timely collation and submission of customer documentation<\/li>\n<li>Timeliness in submitting sales\/ marketing report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a related discipline. Professional qualification(s) in sales\/marketing will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must have undergone good numbers of training with ELAN<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Six (6) years cognate industry experience, at least three (3) of which should be as Lead, Sales &amp; Marketing in a top notch leasing company.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in leasing business (Operating Lease) is essential especially with a vehicle leasing company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sound relationship skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing &amp;
