Vixa Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd was incorporated in 1998 with the sole aim of manufacturing and marketing Pharmaceutical products.<\/p>\n<p>Due to expansion in our operations, an urgent need for suitably and qualified candidates to work and cover our regional activities in the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Main Purpose of Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Admin Officer is responsible for the day-to-day general administration, financial and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support municipal operations.<\/li>\n<li>The Admin Officer is responsible for accommodation, property facilities and records and also involve in activities such as project planning &amp; management, and development &amp; execution of stated goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed;<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain supplier accounts;<\/li>\n<li>Organizes, coordinates and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events when the need arises;<\/li>\n<li>Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating and review administrative policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive &amp; confidential issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system;<\/li>\n<li>Provide and maintain business premises and other facilities, including plant machinery and equipment&#8217;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/OND in Business Administration, Accounting &amp; Social sciences.<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years&#8217; experience in a reputable organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Main Purpose of Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provision of support in the various human resource functions, including recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and train staff in company policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and the local labour law in all procedures and processes<\/li>\n<li>Catalyze the supervision, training and development of company staff<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate staff recruitment and exits, introductions, trainings, staff benefits, etc., on office level<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with relevant partners, suppliers, authorities, lawyers, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that staff records are up to date and filed appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Ensure reporting, documenting and payment of staff benefits, taxes, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare periodic HR reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure correct staff pay roll<\/li>\n<li>Advice and support line managers in HR processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Highest standards of ethics and integrity<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in insecure environments<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with impact and respect<\/li>\n<li>Creativity\/innovation<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal relationships ability<\/li>\n<li>Resilience<\/li>\n<li>Honesty<\/li>\n<li>Responsiveness<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a good Degree in Human Resources, Industrial &amp; Labour Relations, Psychology or any related courses<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience working in a HR role<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge about own leadership skills\/profile<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>High-level competency in computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in both written and verbal English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their detailed CV&#8217;s with intended position clearly indicated as subject of the mail to: <strong>careers@vixagroupng.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0 <\/strong>17th June, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vixa Pharmaceutical Company Limited a well-established Nigerian Pharmaceutical Company, Founded by Chief Ebuka Okafor an entrepreneur with vast experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
