The CMA will provide ultimate medical oversight of all operations; including ground ambulance, aeromedical escort and air ambulance, medical clinics, medical assistance, industrial health, telemedicine, and Concierge medicine. The CMA will also be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading networking and auditing of domestic and international healthcare systems<\/li>\n<li>Database development and relationship management of audited healthcare facilities<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and validating medical procedures and protocols<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring CRI physicians and associated medical staff on evidence based medicine by providing medical backup regarding medical conditions, treatment plan, and rehabilitation<\/li>\n<li>Engaging and assisting with continuing education<\/li>\n<li>Being aware of trends, issues, and values that are shaping the future of healthcare<\/li>\n<li>The Chief Medical Advisor is a critical member of the management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduation from a recognized medical school<\/li>\n<li>Valid license to practice medicine<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and use of clinical\/best practice guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify, define, and analyze problems and situations and develop appropriate solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand, develop, and use formal and informal systems to get results<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written formats with a strong command of English language<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage conflict and promote consensus building<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and execute complex tasks with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Course in Physician Management or business related education and\/or experience<\/li>\n<li>Management experience in a health\/medical field<\/li>\n<li>Experience in primary care medicine, with specialization in emergency care, intensive care, occupational medicine or aviation medicine preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience in occupational and industrial health services<\/li>\n<li>A broad understanding of health care, involvement in acute and primary care, and managing complex issues in the continuum of care are essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health insurance<\/li>\n<li>Generous housing allowance<\/li>\n<li>Car and driver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply via the button below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Helen Ziegler &amp; Associates, Inc. specializes in the recruitment of healthcare staff for hospitals in the countries of the Arabian Peninsula.
