knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers;<\/li>\n<li>Cross sell products;<\/li>\n<li>Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;<\/li>\n<li>Build productive trust relationships with customers;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification &amp; Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND\/NCE\/ND from any recognized Higher Institution<\/li>\n<li>1-3 driven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Title: Service Centre Representative<br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend to customers complaints as regards device issues and ensure complaints are resolved promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for assigning customers device issues to technicians<\/li>\n<li>Remain knowledgeable on gadgets;<\/li>\n<li>Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;<\/li>\n<li>Build productive trust relationships with customers;<\/li>\n<li>Error free transactions\/Ability to follow laid down company standards and Lagos<b><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage branch operations and sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate strategic interventions to drive aggressive sales within branch location.<\/li>\n<li>Market and close sales of company\u2019s products and services to current and potential customers;<\/li>\n<li>Optimally manage branch officers to improve sales
