We operate a structured yet fun and easy-going work environment and also a management trainee and in-house entrepreneurial mentorship program.<\/p>\n<p>Supermart.ng is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supermart.ng is looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.<\/li>\n<li>You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training &amp; development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain pay plan and benefits program<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs<\/li>\n<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues<\/li>\n<li>Nurture a positive working environment<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment and selection process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR manager<\/li>\n<li>People oriented and results driven<\/li>\n<li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices<\/li>\n<li>BS\/MS degree in Human Resources or related field<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience with HR metrics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases<\/li>\n<li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><br \/>\nDuties of the Marketing Manager include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives<\/li>\n<li>Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the company\u2019s marketing budget.<\/li>\n<li>Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.<\/li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting, managing and motivating various channel sales teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, preferably but not necessarily in Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading a data-driven marketing team.<\/li>\n<li>Strong quantitative, analytical and project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience as a business consultant will be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and dynamic personality.<\/li>\n<li>Strong creative outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV&#8217;s to: <strong>hr@supermart.ng<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong> 24th June, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Supermart.ng, Nigeria&#8217;s leading online supermarket.
