As a fully integrated firm, we connect knowledge and experience across our global network of experts to help clients solve their most complex challenges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Technical Specialists<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>AECOM<\/strong> is currently seeking technical and operational specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded water and sanitation activity in Nigeria that will strengthen the financial and productive ability of water providers in select Nigerian states to operate more sustainability.<br \/>\nExperts are sought for the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water utility reform<\/li>\n<li>Policy and regulatory reform<\/li>\n<li>Water\/wastewater tariffs<\/li>\n<li>Institutional strengthening and capacity building<\/li>\n<li>Private sector engagement<\/li>\n<li>Water sector financing<\/li>\n<li>Project operations and finance<\/li>\n<li>Gender mainstreaming<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and evaluation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>USAID project experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in Nigeria preferred<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree or higher in engineering, business, international development or related field.<\/li>\n<li>10 years professional experience in WASH, institutional strengthening, water sector financing, financing in WASH\/other infrastructure, and\/or private sector financing, with at least 2 years of experience working in Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Strong management skills and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AECOM is built to deliver a better world.
