He\/She will liaise with customers, resolve queries, attend to enquiries driving growth and increasing the market share. He\/she will also serve as an intermediary between the company, its prospective customers, customers and stakeholders, to meet their needs for information, support and assistance.<\/p>\n<p><b>Main job function <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising and maintaining good relationships with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Calling on prospective customers for the purposes of acquiring new business<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and submitting proposals to prospective customers<\/li>\n<li>Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Providing first line product, process and technical support to customers within the region<\/li>\n<li>Managing queries and enquiries from customers<\/li>\n<li>Manage and report on product issues to ensure customer satisfaction, productivity and control costs in line with targets set.<\/li>\n<li>Collate information for budget planning process.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare Office Annual Plans and budget.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends Unit budget to Management.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that expenditure is incurred within the limits of the sanctioned budget.<\/li>\n<li>Compiles monthly reports<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for day-to-day operations of the office including supervisory and administrative functions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain communication between staff and the Head Office as well as providing support and guidance to staff.<\/li>\n<li>Performing other functions as may be directed by the Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REQUIREMENTS <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in a related field, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>EXPERIENCE\/CRITERIA <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent MS Office Suite skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience within a sales and business development function<\/li>\n<li>Must have relevant experience (sales, marketing etc)<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong administration skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>IT literate<\/li>\n<li>Be innovative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interface with clients and staff<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation skills and ability to interact with middle and senior management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified applicants should indicate their preferred location and send their cvs to:\u00a0<b>josephine.ogana@sunlek.net<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline<\/b>: 17th June 2016<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunlek Investments Limited &#8211; A well-established organization based in Lagos is looking to hire Client Liaison Officers in Abuja and Port-harcourt.
