{"id":28162,"date":"2016-06-14T12:55:11","date_gmt":"2016-06-14T11:55:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=28162"},"modified":"2016-06-14T12:55:11","modified_gmt":"2016-06-14T11:55:11","slug":"legal-and-compliance-specialist-position-at-mactay-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/legal-and-compliance-specialist-position-at-mactay-group.html","title":{"rendered":"Legal and Compliance Specialist Position at MacTay Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The MacTay Group is a leading consulting company with its sole aim to nurture and improve growth in people and establishments by offering strategic and operations consulting services.<br \/>\nOur 30 year success story has been one filled with excitement and fulfilment for our clients, overcoming difficult challenges, cutting across Private, Public and social sectors while staying true to our beliefs that limitations are only a figment of the imagination, with our committed and innovative team, we have proved this time and again.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:\u00a0<\/b>Legal and Compliance Specialist<br \/>\n<b>Description<\/b><br \/>\nThis job entails provision of legal advisory services and ensuring organization compliance at all time.<br \/>\nAn individual working in this capacity must be able to multi-task, be very abreast of new laws and regulations passed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure and Maintain the Organization\u2019s compliance with Federal and State regulations<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and reviewing of business contracts<\/li>\n<li>Management of all company\u2019s contracts and legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with regulatory bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with external counsels.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with Pension Fund Administrators and Health Management Organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of legal advisory services to the company.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with SLA requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with external Lawyers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law (LL, B)<\/li>\n<li>Must have attended the Nigerian Law school and qualified as a Barrister at Law in the Federal Republic of Nigeria (B.
