In living this definition, we focus on three key areas; Human Resource Recruitment &amp; Management, Janitorial Services and Business Support Services (Legal and Company Secretarial Services, Information Technology and Finance &amp; Accounting).<\/p>\n<p>Resource Intermediaries Limited is recruiting for our client, Filmhouse Cinemas, to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title: Cinema Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Nigeria<br \/>\nJob Type: Full-Time &#8211; Sourcing<br \/>\nCategory: Hospitality\/Leisure<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><br \/>\nEnsure successful daily Cinema operations by executing the following essentials:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing service that is friendly, helpful and efficient<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining facilities that are clean, safe and in good repair<\/li>\n<li>Providing an experience that is comfortable, exclusive and picture-perfect<\/li>\n<li>Serving fresh, appetizing and properly prepared food and drinks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Encourage the team to maximize their personal growth and development by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guaranteeing the cinema team meet and exceed guest-service standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring proper staffing in each area of the cinema<\/li>\n<li>Performing daily opening and closing operational duties, with an eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing an individual cinema department, as assigned by cinema General Manage<\/li>\n<li>Proven performance management skills. Actively helps others to improve their performance and clarifies expectations of employees\u2019 performance and provides constructive feedback and advice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Assisting the Cinema Branch Manager to maximize revenue and meet financial targets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving daily retail profitability by maximizing RPH and minimizing Shrinkage &amp;amp; Damages<\/li>\n<li>Pro-actively manage operational costs on a day-to- day basis, through effective management of controllable costs<\/li>\n<li>To manage and operate security systems and procedures to prevent loos and to ensure the security of cinema assets<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing financial numbers on a regular basis and make operational adjustments, as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability, able to modify style in order to reach goals and to maintain effectiveness within changing environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re not looking for just anyone. Do you have what it takes?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has Customer Service experience and are passionate about delivering a perfect Customer Experience<\/li>\n<li>Receptive to training and personal development<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and oral communication skills along with strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Equally comfortable communicating and working with guests, superiors, colleagues, subordinates or vendors<\/li>\n<li>Possess computer skills and is confident with numeracy<\/li>\n<li>Are a first class team player who possesses a positive and collegiate attitude<\/li>\n<li>Are able to work at pace, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent time management and prioritization skills<\/li>\n<li>Are self-motivated and able to work on your initiative<\/li>\n<li>Be hands on and prepare to get involved in practical tasks when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience and requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Branch\/Site Management level experience<\/li>\n<li>5-10 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have worked in a Hospitality \/ Leisure \/ Restaurant Industry or Super Market<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial background knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Flexible to travel and move around Nigeria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Title: Graphic Designer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Nigeria<br \/>\nJob Type: Full-Time &#8211; Sourcing<br \/>\nCategory: Creatives\/Art\/Design<\/p>\n<p><b>Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for creating a visible image that can be used in media and print.<\/li>\n<li>Uses software and hand-rendering to design products that meet the needs of the Business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with projects which retain and grow the percentage of the market share of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Provide graphic support that is consistent and fits with the image and brand direction provided my management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Primary Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet with direct line Manager (Marketing) to establish a vision for a product or design.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with Film booking Manager for film magazines designs<\/li>\n<li>Meet with Filmone Managers for designs<\/li>\n<li>Meet with other relevant line managers to collaborate on designs.<\/li>\n<li>Draw, print charts, graphs, illustrations, Select colors, images, textures and shapes to create the layout and other artwork, using computer.<\/li>\n<li>Use computer software to create electronic versions of designs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop material for filmhouse and filmone website pages. Assist with managing the company\u2019s websites and social media avenues, using each as appropriate to convey relevant information to the membership in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Design logos for retail products and other businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Produce graphics content for on screen or LCD advertising in the cinemas.<\/li>\n<li>Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the layout and production design of magazines, newspapers, journals, corporate reports, and other publications.<\/li>\n<li>Perform research on competitors and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.<\/li>\n<li>Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.<\/li>\n<li>Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations and company logos.<\/li>\n<li>Key information into computer equipment to create layouts for supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with supervisors and making necessary changes.<\/li>\n<li>Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.<\/li>\n<li>Develop negatives and prints to produce layout photographs, using negative and print developing equipment and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Produce still and animated graphics for on-air and taped portions of television news broadcasts, using electronic video equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Relationships:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing Department<\/li>\n<li>Filmbooking<\/li>\n<li>Support Office Operations<\/li>\n<li>Cinema management<\/li>\n<li>Filmone<\/li>\n<li>Suppliers (eg.
