below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title: Payroll\/Human Resources Administrator<br \/>\nLocation:<\/b>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<b>Job Objective<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful candidate will have responsibility of ensuring that Academy&#8217;s financial, human resources and administrative systems are efficient so as to sustain and increase capacity to meet strategic goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees administration of payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that appropriate human resources policies are operational.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent knowledge with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>A Master&#8217;s Degree in business-related field with 5 years relevant experience with donor contracts, cooperative agreements, and grant regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years experience with a national academy, four of which should be at management level.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal, organizational and team building skills<\/li>\n<li>Good written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title: Finance Administrator\/Budget Controller<br \/>\nLocation:<\/b>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<b>Job Objective<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful candidate will have responsibility of ensuring that Academy&#8217;s financial, human resources and administrative systems are efficient so as to sustain and increase capacity to meet strategic goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees development of budgets<\/li>\n<li>Oversees development of sponsor\/donor financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Oversees regular review of cash advance reports<\/li>\n<li>Oversees financial reporting of the Academy&#8217;s accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Interfaces with external auditors<\/li>\n<li>Interfaces with federal and local regulatory bodies (e.g. tax)<\/li>\n<li>Performs regular review of procedures and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent knowledge with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft administrative systems are efficient so as to sustain and increase capacity to meet strategic goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees the Academy&#8217;s day to day administrative needs<\/li>\n<li>Determines office supply requirements to support business needs<\/li>\n<li>Oversees maintenance and servicing of office premises, facilities and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures effective backup support for Academy\u2019s committees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first Degree in Accounting,
