The privately-owned company is the largest subsidiary of holding company Tetra Laval International.<\/p>\n<p>Tetra Pak is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Credit Controller<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nRef No: LAG00001K<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\nJob: Finance &amp; Business Transformation<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Short description: Ensure availability of funds required to make necessary payments , manage credit facilities, ensure compliance to groups policy of banking relationships, support and manage customer collections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cash Applicator:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collection, banking and posting of cash receipts (accounts receivable) in the course of normal trade.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of bank statements, cash in transit account ( accounts receivable and payables<\/li>\n<li>Preparation, distribution and analysis of aged receivables reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customer Contact:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing of credit scores, credit limits, payment terms, related policies and procedures, and the approval of credit requests<\/li>\n<li>Calculating of interest and\/or penalties on past-due\/overdue invoices and calculating any associated loss provisions, reserves and bad debt write-off<\/li>\n<li>Performing management reporting, record retention and audit support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tax Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing of tax returns, including corporate returns, partnership &amp; trust returns, corporation returns as well as state\/provincial, local and other tax adjustments and returns including value-added tax (VAT), WHT<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and managing outsourcing relationships with third-party providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Treasury Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and managing the company\u2019s approach to managing its risks associated with fluctuating interest rates and currency exposure<\/li>\n<li>Providing treasury management policy and procedure, management reporting and audit support specific to the treasury management process<\/li>\n<li>Developing and monitoring short and long term cash forecasts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree in Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>3 years experience in Finance environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tetra Pak &#8211; Which takes its name from the original tetrahedron-shaped cartons it developed &#8211; manufactures and markets food packaging containers, filling systems, and distribution equipment for industrial customers in&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10155,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
