The Project has the objective to increase access by the poor to improved social and natural resources infrastructure service in a sustainable manner throughout Nigeria. This will be achieved through the provision of grant support to benefiting communities for implementation of community-driven micro-projects under approved Community Development Plans (CDPs). In order to commence state level implementation of Additional Financing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Officer<\/strong><br \/>\nJob Type: Full Time<br \/>\nExperience: 1 year<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Enugu<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensitise and mobilize communities on CSDP project objectives and activities as well as issues related to HIV\/AIDS,<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communities to undertake needs assessment and prioritization that are socially inclusive and environmentally sustainable;<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communities in the formulation of CDP in line with (b) above;<\/li>\n<li>Build capacity of the CPMCs and LGRC Desk Officers, as appropriate, through providing training in requisite areas e.g. Participatory Rural<\/li>\n<li>Appraisals (PRAs), record and book-keeping, project management, mainstreaming gender, environment and natural resources issues etc, as identified by the Project officer IEC and Training<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the implementation of the CDPs to ensure quality assurance;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely replenishment of accounts by the CPMCs;<\/li>\n<li>Collect, collate and forward to the M&amp;E Department, information\/ data on micro-project activities in communities;<\/li>\n<li>Submission of monthly quarterly and annual departmental reports to M&amp;E<\/li>\n<li>Department on schedule, through the Manager; Operations;<\/li>\n<li>Set monthly and quarterly performance targets based on the work plan;<\/li>\n<li>Submit regular reports to the Project officer or relevant section for whose activity they are deployed at any point in time.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to the Project officer, Supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first degree or HND in Engineering, Social Sciences, Biological and Natural Sciences, Business Administration, Accountancy or related field, with at least 1 year post qualification experience in any area.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy and willingness to learn and work extra hours and on week-ends is a must Applicants are not expected to be more than 35 years as at the time of recruitment and not above Grade level 9 if recruited from the civil service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nThis position is remunerated based on agreed terms with the world bank.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\nJob Type: Full Time<br \/>\nExperience: 5 years<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Enugu<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of personnel matters.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising clerical staff<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and operating an open and secret registry<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate record keeping filling and documentation of all Agency mails and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Managing all office utility services<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining office assets including vehicles, plants office premise etc.<\/li>\n<li>Secretary to Project Management Committee (PMC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree or equivalent in Social Sciences and Humanities with at least five (5) years relevant post-qualification experience. Gender and The Vulnerable<\/strong><br \/>\nJob Type: Full Time<br \/>\nExperience: 5 years<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Enugu<br \/>\nJob Field: Agriculture\/Agro-Allied Project Management<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop an action plan for mainstreaming vulnerable grouts and gender sensitive activities in the operation of the State Agency<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the preparation processes of COP formulation at Community level;<\/li>\n<li>Assist project team to incorporate appropriate vulnerable groups (including gender) issues into project activities;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in organizing training for line ministries, LGA, LGRC and operations officer in mainstreaming vulnerable and gender issues in development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Desk Officers in line ministries to identify mechanism of incorporating vulnerable and gentler issues into their programmes;<\/li>\n<li>Identify and articulate opportunities the integrating social safety nets in project activities;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a quarterly report highlighting emerging issues from project activities iris mainstreaming vulnerable group\/gender issues in development activities:<\/li>\n<li>Provide input no the preparation of quarterly\/annual and requisite reports of the operations department;<\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs to the costed yearly work programms for the operations department;<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain and disseminate a comprehensive knowledge base on vulnerable groap perspectives to promote staff awareness;
