REPORTING TO SR. MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintaining discipline in office
\u2022 Co-ordinate With all branch HR J Admin officers in terms of Personnel matters
\u2022 Attendance monitoring of employees and getting the same from all Locations
\u2022 Ensuring employees follow rules and regulations of the Organization
\u2022 Maintaining office records
\u2022 Ensuring co-ordination amongst all departments in branch
\u2022 Continuous monitoring of employee appraisals
\u2022 Grievance handling of employees at the intermediate stage
\u2022 Visit to branches at frequent intervals
\u2022 Liaising with union officials (internal and external)
\u2022 Handling recruitment of staffs at various levels<\/p>\n
Graduate\/Masters in Business Administration or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations<\/p>\n
Min 10 to 15 years of experience.
Should have handled workforce of 800 staffs
Good contact with Local Govt. \/ Union officials \/ Statutory authorities<\/p>\n
