It will provide insight and experience into the Protection Sector Working Group\u2019s (PSWG) coordination approach and in the implementation of priority areas of protection interventions.<\/li>\n<li>Perform all tasks necessary in the course of UNHCR\u2019s role to co-lead the PSWG<\/li>\n<li>Follow developments in the protection situation in Nigeria and provide analysis for protection activities taking place<\/li>\n<li>Attend pertinent meetings, including meetings of the PSWG, Sub-Sector Working Groups and other Sectors and provide briefing summaries<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, draft and format documents, including analytical reports, presentations and communications as required.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties, as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Law, International (Humanitarian Law), Human Rights or similar fields<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical abilities and research skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent inter-personal skills and interest to work particularly with NGOs<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, ability to work quickly under pressure and juggle multiple tasks<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of humanitarian emergency response and cluster system<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with internally displaced persons and in international law\/humanitarian aid\/human rights disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent information management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Conditions<\/strong><br \/>\nInterns are not financially remunerated by UNHCR.
