Manager<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To market and sale the company\u2019s solutions and services, manage clients relationships and gather useful information to aid pricing and sales strategy development; Provide leadership to the sales team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the C.O.O in defining Sales &amp; Marketing strategies\/plans.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out and review market analysis to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing dynamics that will meet the Company\u2019s goals;<\/li>\n<li>Gather market, competitors\u2019 and customer information from the field and interpret in sales planning and strategy duties;<\/li>\n<li>Sell the Company\u2019s services and technology solution directly to potential customers<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customers\u2019 complaints on sales delivery and other related issues, work closely with the service delivery team;<\/li>\n<li>Represent the Company at events and trade meetings to market its services;<\/li>\n<li>Develop new businesses through prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing deals across the real estate, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, telecoms, banking, manufacturing and government agencies<\/li>\n<li>Track customer information, forecasts and reports;<\/li>\n<li>Act as contact between the company and existing and potential customers;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with relevant trade groups, professional associations, non-governmental and governmental organizations, regulators on behalf of the company;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the marketing agencies appointed by the company to drive marketing campaigns as defined in the marketing plan;<\/li>\n<li>Support the unit head in \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Nationwide<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To support the achievement of marketing and business development targets by creating awareness about the company\u2019s products and thus increasing turnover and market share<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists in the implementation of business development marketing strategies, plans, policies and procedures to increase profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Supports in enhancing market presence and competitive performance of company services<\/li>\n<li>Supports the overall marketing objectives of the business in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Kaduna as the regional Sales Hubs for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in assessing and responsible for helping to achieve the company\u2019s target through the proper management of all site operations, Support Functions of the company by improving the operational systems, processes and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient synergy of all components of operational excellence using best operational processes, safest acceptable standards and the right equipment to sustain quality of services above 100% at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the admin and procurement department supervising their processes to suffice cost effective, timely
