In furtherance of the objective of strengthening our management structure to take advantage of emerging opportunities, it has become imperative identify self managed, and very experienced individuals to meet the responsibilities inherent in the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Learning and Development Consultant<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and deliver training and development activities to clients in accordance with organisational requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the strategic direction nd development of training within clients organisation.<\/li>\n<li>In addition to project delivery, your role will also include delivering presentations and courses and contributing to thought leadership and business development in your specialist area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the planning, design and implementation \/ delivery of all Leaning and Development requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver client training requirements including product knowledge training.<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing training materials including external training providers when required.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee administrative tasks associated with all training internal and external.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all client training records and materials are up to date..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 &#8211; 10 years experience in human resources, 3 of which must have been ip a structured training organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates will have strong proposal\/bid preparation skills as well as excellent client management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Learning and Development Consultant<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the creation management and execution of training learning and development programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure successful integration of learning and development programs so that employees can competently meet the business needs of client organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the formulation\/creation of learning and development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver training and development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in modifying learning and development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 &#8211; 8 years experience in Learning and development, 2 of which must have been in a structured consulting firm.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates will have strong proposal\/bid preparation skills as well as excellent client management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Recruitment Specialist<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and screening applicants for present and future job opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Advertises job openings, interview applicants, select the most suitable match, and screen applicants by checking background and references.<\/li>\n<li>In addition to project delivery, your role will also include contributing to thought leadership and business development in your specialist area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source or search for applicants on the Internet and in a company\u2019s applicant tracking system.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with clients to determine job duties.<\/li>\n<li>List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.<\/li>\n<li>Write job descriptions and match applicants to job openings.<\/li>\n<li>Create portfolio\/pipeline of possible candidates for clients.
