Our culture is one of excellence, team work, creativity, partnership with stakeholders and our community to deliver value in the market place.<\/p>\n<p>AA Racma &amp; Partners Group Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Title: IT System Sales Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sale the company (security products and services) to potential and existing clients\/customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stand as representatives of the company<\/li>\n<li>Build client data base<\/li>\n<li>Serve as informants to customers about company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Enlighten the public on availability and importance of company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Strategize on how to carry out marketing activities for new products.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare presentations for potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Organize meetings with clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate of IT, Electrical Electronics Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years cognate experience on sales of IT systems, solutions and services.<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate (Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Word and Power-point)<\/li>\n<li>Must have good negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be people-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of switches, routers, server, IP, firewalls.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant certification and affiliation to professional body is added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proven record of sales from security field\/industry.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Site\/Project Engineer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct and manage project development from start to finish<\/li>\n<li>Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare system design documents.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and documentation<\/li>\n<li>An extremely fast learner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with contractual and technical matters<\/li>\n<li>Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>5 years cognate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Multi discipline knowledge in the following functions: installation of IT and low voltage system, Project management, and interface management.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive technical knowledge of engineering applications.<\/li>\n<li>PMP Certification<\/li>\n<li>A post-graduate degree (e.g. MBA) from a reputable university will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of network\/systems design, analysis, productivity tools and operating systems<\/li>\n<li>Membership of COREN, or any professional body in Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s and one page Cover letter to:\u00a0<strong>hr.manager@aagroupsite.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>15th July, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AA Racma &amp;
