We predict future health and development trends, uncover barriers to well-being, and forge on-the-ground partnerships to ensure lasting change.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Capacity Building Specialist<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Futures Group is seeking a Senior Capacity Building Specialist based in Abuja, Nigeria to provide technical leadership, management and oversight of monitoring and evaluation (M&amp;E) capacity building activities at national and sub-national levels in the health sector.<\/li>\n<li>The Senior Capacity Building Specialist will work closely with senior project management and supervise staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of the capacity building strategy for individual, organizational, and institutional capacity building.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee capacity building activities at national and sub-national levels.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in key stakeholder and project staff meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Travel to states as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise staff as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PhD in Public Health or Community Health, International Development, Monitoring and Evaluation or other related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>7 to10 years of experience in capacity building activities &#8211; with emphasis on sustainable and innovative approaches and experience in different levels of capacity building<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of ten years\u2019 experience working in Nigeria or another developing country.<\/li>\n<li>Authorization to work in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with program financed by international donors, preferably USAID.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HIV\/AIDS programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration <\/strong><br \/>\nThe remuneration is in accordance with salary history and certified credentials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Futures Group, the global consulting firm, helps to protect and promote people\u2019s well-being around the world.
