Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents<br \/>\n2. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements<br \/>\n3. Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings<br \/>\n4. Implement and maintain office systems<br \/>\n5. Maintain schedules and calendars<br \/>\n6. Arrange and confirm appointments<br \/>\n7. Organize internal and external events<br \/>\n8. Handle incoming mail and other material<br \/>\n9. Set up and maintain filing systems<br \/>\n10. Maintain databases<br \/>\n11. Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information<br \/>\n12. Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally<br \/>\n13. Operate office equipment<br \/>\n14. Manage office space<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. BSc in Business Administration or Public Administration<br \/>\n2. 5 years secretarial experience<br \/>\n3. Not less than 30 years of age<br \/>\n4. Knowledge And Experience Of Relevant Software Applications e.g. Microsoft Office<br \/>\n5. Excellent Typing Skills<br \/>\n6.
