\n<\/u>Training Specialist will report directly to the project Chief of Party (COP). The position will be responsible for the design of training lesson plans, modules and training guides for all project training activities. The Training Specialist will be responsible for incorporating adult learning skills objectives and techniques to prepare training modules to follow adult learning quality standards. The Training Specialist will lead all training of trainer (ToT) programs and will ensure quality control over all training activities. Trainings will be conducted in financial planning, budget preparation and tracking. The Training Specialist will work closely with the M&E Specialist to develop learning assessment tools for all training activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
